Our Products
Traditional
Our products are produced in the family’s privately-owned vineyards, covering approximately 150 stremmas, in Nea Gonia of Halkidiki. The methods we use in cultivation and production combine modern agronomic expertise with the traditional recipes of our grandparents, as they brought them from Asia Minor, Eastern Thrace, and Armenia. That’s why all our vineyards are of the “Sultanina” variety, which yields tender and tasty leaves, despite the low grape yield.
Organic
Since the early 1990s, we have converted our vineyards to organic. Despite the relatively high cost of organic farming, we believed that this method of viticulture suites us better. Not only are our products pure, without chemical fertilizers and other industrial additives, but they are also more flavorful since our vineyards grow naturally, with respect for the environment, producing products that are completely safe for the end consumer.
Certified
We consistently apply the highest standards of food hygiene and safety with zero tolerance for deviations, as well as quality assurance methodologies specifically designed for our sector and our family business. Our efforts are regularly monitored by the relevant authorities and certified by the corresponding institutions. Our organic vineyards and products are certified by BioHellas (Reg. No. 160287), while our laboratory and quality procedures are inspected by Lloyd’s. All our products undergo regular laboratory analyses by Foodlab.
